The box contains about 10 kg of meat already portioned, labeled and vacuum packed after 21 days of maturation in the cell.
The cuts available are: ribs, fillet, roast, slices, ossobuco, braised meat, tuna sauce, stew, boiled meat, minced meat, all ready for consumption or freezing (lasts 1 year in the freezer).
