Rustichella d'Abruzzo wholemeal spaghetti made from "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat have the unmistakable rusticity and intense aroma of wheat, and are extremely versatile in the kitchen. Try them with fish-based sauces such as shelled scampi, crunchy leek and extra virgin olive oil, or with a Genoese pesto. Cooking time: 9-11 minutes.
