DESCRIPTION
Wine obtained from the vinification of Croatina grapes produced in the vineyards of the La Sosta winery.
Slightly sparkling, deep ruby red in colour. Fine and intense bouquet with a pleasant hint of small fruits pervaded by subtle spicy notes.
It goes wonderfully with cured meats, the typical agnolotti with braised sauce, dishes in general characterized by a light greasiness.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
