Bella Lodi "Classico" is the seasoned cheese with a black rind, which comes from the great Lodi cheese-making tradition dating back to the Middle Ages.
Only one producer
It is produced by a single ancient dairy that is more than 100 years old, in a municipality in the protected reserve of the Adda Sud Park.
Zero km milk
The milk used for the production of this excellence is milked every day, fresh and noble, directly from the closest stable, less than an hour from the dairy.
The selection of lactic ferments gives a unique, unmistakable taste, a white colour, an intense aroma, a full flavor but never spicy or too salty.
